I think if they were ghosts, the Prince wouldn't be able to physically hit them, let alone kill them. I think those invisible enemies are just a special breed of the Empress.

Just.. wow, dude. That was more WW knowledge than I thought ever existed.
I feel like I want to abandon T2T and just play through WW a couple more times and see every one of these for myself.

Cool! Thanks! I found and compiled most of these myself. A few people here and on the GameFAQs forums helped me out with a few suggestions. I’d hoped more people could contribute more! I still need to add the one jalal posted recently about the music. I think he PM’d me weeks ago with that but I forgot about it!
I did make (and post) one about T2T but I didn’t come up with that many and it seems to have died a death. I still play more WW than T2T due to its superior combat system.

and here are some more strange things
1 wat was the prince doing on the ship where was he going
2 in the 1st time portal he gained the recall y didnt shadee gain it too and did she activate the time portal or thew mahrajah did and the time portal in the throne room didnt kaileena activate it so y wasnt it activated when the prince came again
3 after fighting kaileena the prine returned to the present ina far place from the throne room i dont remeber to be any near time portals and how was he sword broken
4 when wearing the mask of the warith the scorpion sword falls down what if i was having the water sword

3. Prince traveled to the Cliff in a way not shown. His sword broke in the final clash with the Empress.
