Sands of Time was okay
- nice storyline
- romance at the core
- quite funny at times (the dialogue the Prince has with himself in the Library, about Farah!)
- not too much violence and
- certainly no non-Princely words used (I mean Bitch)
- nice and appropiate music |
Perhaps you'll be happy to hear then that a movie of Sands of Time is in the making (set for release next year), and that Jordan Mechner is doing the writing for that one.

I agree with you, prince of persia should stick on persian/arabian styles for the game, places, skins, charachter and music , etc ... otherwise it will lost its proper characteristic (or at least let's say as it was in the classic versions.) |
yup...i agree wit that as well _________________ You Cannot Change Your Faith. No Man Can. You Will Die.

I liked WW better than T2T (altuough it has some horrible BUGS!!) dunno, T2T needs more blood!! how can u kill a monster by slicing his troath when he has no blood??
Kaileena looked better on WW, they should have left ter look on T2T (they could have only reduced the boob size)
Hmmmmmmm i don't mind the game being M, i play Resident evil since im 10 years old, also, ratign isnt important on countries outside the US |

Because you slice his throat with the dagger of time.... besides in the beginning of the game there's blood when all the Prince's foes are still human..

Why should they? She was in the game for like 5 minutes. |

hehe lol.... maybe there is not much blood because you turned the blood setting off, in the options menu, that, therefor, changes the blood in the game to sand _________________ "All that is yours is rightuflly mine. And mine it will be." - Dark Prince

There is no more blood because they are sand monsters. their WHOLE bodies were corrupted with the sands, and yes there was blood before the sands were unleashed.... i kinda put 2 and 2 together.... blodd before sands.... no blood after sands _________________ "All that is yours is rightuflly mine. I agree that WW made a mistake by ditching the persian/arabian style, though i dont think that it altogether did away with cultural influence...
When I played WW the first thing i thought (after "ouch, my ears!") was that it was influenced by Greek mythology... First of all there were the oared galleys with painted eyes... The drinking fountains were statutes of medusa... The pillars, the columns, and the fact that half the enemies wore goats horns on there helmets, the Dahaka too... Even the prince sporting a shaggy dark new haircut, looked more mediterannean than Persian... And his leather armor looked typical of ancient Greek armor...
Everything about the game took up after ancient greek mythology, so in that way the game wasn't totally devoid of charm |

Ah, that explains why the Prince fights a Griffon and several Gigants in the game... |
