That's my opinion of course but I can understand that people take pleasure on succeeding impossible level at first sight
Yes you are right, mods should be with growing levels of difficulties: indeed in the first page of the topic I advised that this is not a common mod, but it is for hardcore players. Of course I didn't build it because I want to tire the player and let him try days and days until he succeeds: if it was possible to save the game at any time at any room I'd allow the player to do that, but unfortunately this is not possible. An alternative would be to use RoomShaker to see the map and try every possible move to see its effects: this way you can reason with calm, and understand exactly what to do without dying always in the same place and beginning again from the start.
So you can approach to this mod with two different kind of interest (and philosophy):
1. Understanding what to do, being sure that you can do it by trying it with RoomShaker and without losing too much time. KingOfPersia made it this way.
2. After having found the solution (through step 1 or by watching the video solutions I made) trying to finish the level in the usual way you play Prince: without dying! Even if you know the solutions it still will be hard to finish it, and skilled players will find satisfaction in succeeding.
Of course it may not be the cup of tea for every player, but, even if levels 1,2 & 3 are very hard, I remember you that level 7 is very different: if you find the solutions then it takes 2 minutes to complete the level. Even if without watching the map it may be hard to guess the trick...

Maybe when I’ll finish with university, but I’m talking about some years! Of course I’d like to finish it, but long levels take long time to be built, expecially when I have to pay attention to lot of details to make them take the shape I want. By the way I still have some ideas for the other levels, and I’m not going to forget them.

As every other mod Jaffar's Revenge should be considered as an "unicum", but this doesn't forbid the player to try any level at any time.
