People who have read my topic "Twin warriors - combat difficulties" are familiar that I am stuck for quite some time at the King's Road level trying to defeat the twins. Every time I want to attempt I have to start with the stupid charriot race (pardon my expression if you love them, but I am too bored playing that again and again).

In my repeated tries I have heard an interesting quote, just as the charriot leaves the caves, uttered by a guy in another charriot (one of the generals, I presume). It goes like this:

" How does it feel, prince? Now that you are one of us!"

How come none of the other sand creatures suffer loss of health constantly unless replenished by breaking object etc? Is that explained somewhere?

I did not play SOT or WW and playing T2T so I am not fully aware of all the details, but I did read the story lines on the web. So if this sounds like an elementary question please pardon my ignorance.

Vortex, he was asking why the other sandmonsters don't lose health constantly, not anything of SoT or WW. I don't have an explanation for this atm.

I am not sure why I "have" to play SOT/WW before I attempt T2T? I understand that it will become much easier to play having played two games before, but after all its just a game. If I read the story lines, adjust to the controls, it should not matter. Anyways....my question still remains.....

Not that, not knowing the answer hinders me from playing the game.

Took your suggestion, Vortex and searched the POP T2T official website forum. Found one post & I quote
-------
Subject: do you think the dark prince was a good idea?

Posted by: Jbaby2006

"Yeah if it wasn't for the dark prince it wouldn't have been consistent with the mask of the sand wraith taking your life away"
-------

Maybe some of you POP SOT trilogy veterans can explain in some way to me.

personally i've played sot and ww several times and i cant find any answer to this question.
off the top of my head, the only answer i can think of would be maybe something to do with the fact that prince was only partly infected by the sands.. maybe his body needs more sands to stay alive whereas a fully-transformed sand monster already has a full dosage. maybe.

although now i know what that guy actually says - it's been bugging me for a while.

Maybe because the prince is resisting the sand monster side. He's not completely transformed. When the prince meets the visier for the first time in Two Thrones it seems that the chain wrapped around the princes arm is what taints him with the sand. Maybe the rest of his body loses health because of this. You could also wonder why water turns him back to his ordinary form. Maybe when hes the dark prince he gets coated in sand and the water washes it away... Seems to me the developers adopted these things from a gameplay perspective, not so much to deepen the story of the prince. I like the story element of the dark prince more than the gameplay element though.

This doesn't need to be locked, YOU need to be quiet if you don't have anything good to say here.
