A while ago we worked out that SOT was set during 1500-1700. However, they later screwed this up in TTT by having Babylon as the chief city of Persia, which doesn't fit at all because Babylon was nothing more than ruins almost 1000 years before then.

How did you worked out that SOT takes place during 1500-1700 ? What clues do you have ?
