i thought it was too... but this is because the prince was very charming and a likeable character in SOT, but in WW, he is more arrogant and unlikeable... and we can see this in many ways (where he yells out You B*tch!) for example. Also, the music changed from Middle Eastern to Godsmack Rock Music, and the female characters are VERY REVEALING Razz

This COMPLETE CHANGE in the tone and theme made it get criticized...

Oppinions differ. I wouldn't criticise any of the games, they just develop the story naturally, but some did not like the change.

I remember myself installing WW and playing it for the first time. I was not used to the controls, I always pressed C to put my weapons back, as in SoT, and I ended up in throwing away my secondary weapon. But I never found this game worse than SoT.

The change in the Prince's character was well-planned by Ubisoft, for they made him change back in T2T with Farah returning, etc.

Besides, the circumstances between SOT and WW explain the changes well. The Prince had no more time to play Mr Niceguy, he was too busy surviving.

As for 'revealing' ladies, I think Farah in SOT, not to mention the female sand monsters, were at least as revealing as Shahdee and Kaileena.

I do not know what you are referring to, but both Shahdee and Kaileena are made out of sand as well. Kaileena is a Daeva, not a human, and Shahdee is her personal creation (at least, according to Wikipedia).

You can see the schizoid creation of the Dark Prince starting from all the dark feelings the Prince gave way to in WW. Awesome.

The mind boggles... it'd be interesting to see how Dark Farah looks like.

After all, the Vizier was about to change her into a sand creature before the Prince came to disturb things. Darn you, Prince!

Goodness, that would surely be the MOST revealing.. Devil Devil Devil

Well, I guess people were just a bit "shocked" by the SUDDEN changes made into the prince. But, if only they knew too what would be coming in the next sequel, i don't think they would whine on whatever the prince had become in WW. The T2T became the concluding game of the trilogy, where prince had finally realized his wrongdoings. This idea gives a more interesting and not-boring way of presenting the lessons we could learn from the game (at least we know there is to be learned).
