the developers made the game so it is impossible to beat... therefor the user gets pissed and plays it over, and over and over....thats how they get (and keep) traffic on their site.

do all the other stuff first...
then drag the orange line CLOSE to the water supply...then right click on the game WHILE AT THE SAME TIME HOLD THE LEFT MOUSE BUTTON ( u will see a menu for the flash thing) but move ur mouse under the water supply (STILL HOLDING LEFT MOUSE BUTTON) and once under it, left click on the blue space ONCE then carry on dragging to the house and u win
