I have made two new mods that changes Prince's look to D4 guard and Gang member!
here are two screen-shots:

How to use?
simple!
put Master, the texture and *.K2A file in ...\Geometry\prince folder
then simply run the game.
HAVE FUN!

after all, Red Orb made those models...
it seems like they aren't good at models, if they are ugly.
but i think it is just becose the style

lol pictures :p anyway, yep they are ugly ... I mean apart from the prince, all other models are sh*t  but it was 1998 when they made it so I understand them

actually it was 1999 when the final version was released. scary what they produced for SOT in 2003 though. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!

well the model production began in 1997 and finished in 1998 anyway, that was RedOrb and this is Ubisoft so THEY are not the same look at what ubisoft was making back in 1998

but i really would like to contact the people from Red Orb, so i could ask, what is that wierd program they used
to make skeleton and animations (look at Making Of POP3D video).
so i could make prince as a princess or Rugnor or something

in the POP3D making video one guy says what the program is called, but i cant understand <_<...
"Programs unknown name" by motion factory - he said that.
also, there are shown the look of the program... the video quality is too low to understand the name of program

yep;) also they used 3DMax v 3.0 to make the complete models ( combining the skelet with the animation, body, texture )
