For all the editors of POP2, a trick you can do is: make a great number of drop buttons all in a row, and since drinking feather fall potions makes you almost weightless, you can drink it and run all over the pressure plates without them being activated before the drink wears off.

Thanks for this trick. It will also deactivate all the buttons, including the ones that shoot you. Pity it doesn't work in PoP1.

Hi Everyone, There will be a new release of RoomShaker2 coming soon! though still beta [Pre-release].

This one adds support for the beach and jaffar levels, though guards on jaffar level not entirely complete.

It also adds the keymap and the adjacent room indicators with tooltips.
For more info on the keymap click: View -> Keyboard Legend from the main menu.

This new one also allows the user to insert rooms while in the Room Edit view just like RS1 does.

It should be ready in the next few days...

Me too, although, I don't use 'em. Brendon, could you also include the "Place last selected"-option? I use this often.

Hi (Eagle-Head Priest(97)), Thanks for your feedback.

I am familiar with princed and i also know how this room-linking that you refer to is done however RoomShaker 1 & 2s room mapping codes do not support this due to the fact that this style of linking is not actually supposed to be done.

Sorry mate but, to add this i'd have to rewrite a major section of RoomShaker's core (originally took 2 1/2 weeks) and i'm not keen to rewrite it as it affects most areas of the core program.

The level is reported corrupt from a RoomShaker mapping point of view even though the level still loads under PoP, the best thing i could offer is to have the level load with the rooms self-linked put into the buffer.

Self-linking can be done manually but most people don't know what to do, i might nock out a quick proggy soon to help those people interested in this. Or you could use Princed to do this step at the end.
